Documents picked up at your office or printed from email within 24 hours. First attempt within three days. Includes Four attempts. Immediate notification of service. Proof of service and affidavit delivered within 2 day's of service. Mileage charges may apply.
Rush Service
$110.00
Documents picked up at your office or printed within 12 hours. First attempt within 24 hours. Includes 4 attempts. Immediate notification of service. Immediate notification of service. Proof of service and affidavit delivered within 1 day of service. Mileage charges may apply. Mileage charges may apply
Priority Service
$125.00
Priority service is service of process that must be made within 24 hours. This fee covers immediate pick up at your office or printed from email and immediate first attempt. Attempts made until served. Immediate notification of service. Requiring the server to remain on site until service has been effected, will incur a separate fee. Mileage charges may apply.
Service of Process by Certified Mail
$20.00 per green card.
Will pick-up you prepared envelope and deliver to the nearest USPS location. Stamped USPS receipt will be sent for verification of mailing. Green card, affidavit and invoice will be sent once received at our office.
Skip-Trace/Locator Service
$30 per report
Search from information given and provide print out of findings.
Mileage Fee
.655 per mile
Begins after 20 miles from BLS offices.
